Audience & Community Experience Manager

The People’s Theatre (TPT) seeks an Audience & Community Experience Manager to lead all public-facing operations as we prepare to open our new 20,000-square-foot performing arts center, the Centro Cultural Inmigrante, in Inwood in September 2026.

This role will shape how audiences and community members experience the building—ensuring it operates as a welcoming, safe, and vibrant cultural home. The Manager will establish front-of-house systems, oversee hospitality and café/bar operations, and support workforce development and community use of public spaces.

Salary Range: $70,000 - $75,000

Building Superintendent

The People’s Theatre (TPT) seeks an experienced Building Superintendent to support the daily operations of our new 20,000-square-foot performing arts center, the Centro Cultural Inmigrante, opening in Inwood in September 2026.

This role ensures the building operates safely, efficiently, and reliably for staff, artists, audiences, and community members. The Superintendent oversees day-to-day facilities operations, performs preventative maintenance, responds to urgent issues, and coordinates vendors and city agencies.

This is a hands-on leadership role. The Superintendent supervises housekeeping staff and an Assistant Superintendent while actively supporting building upkeep, including routine maintenance, trash management, and event-related setup.

Salary Range: $70,000 - $75,000

Production Manager
